My passion in life is to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle to others around me and is the reason I decided to start Boot Camp U Austin. My goal is to go beyond just the average boot camp and offer a community of healthy, fit and active people that see the benefit of treating their bodies with respect. This includes training that provides people with the knowledge of how to workout properly and efficiently as well as nutritional support and guidance like no other program that you've experienced. I want to focus on creating long term eating habits and not "dieting." My goal is to provide each camper with the necessary tools to live the healthiest lifestyle they possibly can and get the results they are looking for!

What makes me different from most trainers is that I truly care about each individual I work with and this goes beyond jus the few hours a week that I see you. I make it a point to get to know each camper personally and will do whatever it takes to help you succeed! If you ever have a question or need my help or advice, just ask and I'd be happy to answer!

Robyn's background:

I have always lead an active lifestyle, playing every sport imagineable as a child. I earned a softball scholarship to Northwestern University and was honored by being named to the 3rd team All-Big Ten team as a senior. After my undergrad experience as an athlete, I committed myself to learning what the body goes through while training or exercising. So I followed my dream and pursued a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology at Illinois State University. While there, I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge learning the ins and outs of the body and how to get the most out of it physically and nutritionally.

To stay active these days, I find myself participating in activities such as mountain biking, strength training, trail running, cycling and hiking to stay in shape. I am also a huge fan of 5K's, 10K's, duathlons and triathlons. Who wants to join me?

As far as nutrition, I eat as clean as I possibly can sticking to lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and nuts as the bulk of my diet. I also fill in the gaps with the best supplement company I have found called Advocare. I started with a 24-Day Challenge, felt great, had more energy, cleared up digestive issues and lost 3 inches around my waist and hips. I would love to walk you through your own challenge and help you feel great as well!
